One more set of night watches

We switched today, Anne will do the first night watch. No action on the water today,
but I lost my lure. Got a new one on, we will see what that brings. Great steak dinner.

Crossing to mainland Mexico

We had a great day of sailing in light winds. Not the 17kts that were predicted. So we are much slower than anticipated.
Beautiful night sailing along with a star filled sky. The moon came up around 2am lighting a path in front of the boat.
Whales, dolphins, and rays have been missing since we left the coast on Baja. I am expecting to see lots of whales when we arrive in Banderas Bay.
ETA tomorrow. I will be downloading some nice whale breaching pictures from our last leg on the Baja, maybe I'll get some on the way through Banderas Bay also.

Muertos to Frailles

Another action packed day but today it was whales flying. I got a few pictures but the ones close to the boat happened to quickly and it was kind of scary. We must have seen at least 10 whales today. The winds have picked up and we got some sailing in today. I hope we can get a 200nm day out of Mucho tomorrow. With anything over 12 knots I think she will do it.
Crossing from Frailles to Isla Isabela is just over 200. National Geographic and Jacque Cousteau both did pieces on this island.

Good Show today

Flying Dolphins and the rays were great, all around the boat. Only one whale, but over all a really good show today.
Rather low attendance us and 2 other boats. The anchorage is kind of busy avout 10 boats.

Underway

Sailing again, heading to Puerto Vallerta, look up Paradise Village.
It's a pretty nice place. That is where we will be in about a week.
Glenna's whale shots, better than mine

 Great pictures from Glenna
